Doyon Drilling’s Quality Management System (QMS) is focused on meeting compliance requirements and industry-recognized best practices that meet customer requirements and expectations to improve Drilling and Business Operations across our organization.

Doyon Drilling, Inc. (DDI), is committed to continually improve our delivery of drilling services and implementing products through Continuous Improvement (CI). We work in an industry that places compliance and safety as a top priority, focused on the customer, and dedicated to the continual improvement of processes that reach across a wide geographical landscape, and diverse professional workforce.

Our Quality Management System is based on the 8 principles of Quality Management:

Our Quality Management System is also structured and documented using four key areas:

  2. Our QMS Manual
  3. QMS Processes and Procedures, and
  4. QMS Audits, Reviews, Forms and Records

We shall promote, reinforce and maintain the following Goals and Objectives:

  • Meet or exceed compliance standards outlined by government agencies, our industry, and contractual requirements and agreements
  • Implement a Quality Management System focused on meeting customer expectations and delivery standards
  • Create a culture where commitment to Quality is a fundamental and inherent approach to all we do
  • Educate, involve and empower all members of the DDI Team to improve how we deliver Quality and Value; internally and externally
